The Inventory Management Coordinator is responsible for completing all administrative tasks given by the Inventory Manager, including creating pull logs, completing receiving paperwork, cycle count products, responding to emails, and creating spreadsheets within the 3PL system.

Requirements:

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  1. Receives verbal instructions from Inventory Manager.
  2. Lead by example and train new associates.
  3. Oversee and verify associate's work.
  4. Ensure good stock and avoid shortages/overages for customer products.
  5. Make system adjustments and corrections as needed in 3PL.
  6. Maintain logs and records of the department's inventory.
  7. Provide support to all managers.
  8. Manage department supplies.
  9. Prepare accurate weekly reports for IM of cycle counts needed/completed.
  10. Organize a filing system for receiving documents.
  11. Review and process receiving and return documents to ensure accuracy.
  12. Scans all Bill of Lading into computer and email to IM.
  13. Upload and email pictures of new products to CS team IM Manager.
  14. Create department signage when needed using Microsoft Word and lamination machine.
  15. Respond to all emails in a timely and professional manner.
  16. Performs other duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications Mandatory:

  1. High school diploma required. 5 years of related experience in an administrative role within a warehouse environment.
  2. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Computer literate and excellent in communicating effectively and professionally via email.
  4. Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, One Note, etc.) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  5. Proven time management skills with the ability to respond to time-critical issues and work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
  6. Excellent work ethic. Ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player.
  7. Attention to detail and strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  8. Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
  9. Professional attitude and the ability to represent the company with integrity.
  10. Ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.

  1. Able to demonstrate a willingness to keep learning and improving.
  2. Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Work Environment:

  1. This is a Wayne, NJ based position operating out of a Warehouse environment
  • Warehouse Environmental Conditions are as follows:

* Moderate noise level in the work environment. * The work environment is indoors. * Warehouse temperatures may vary depending on outside temperatures.

Physical Demands:

  • Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a computer.
  • Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Standing: Must be able to stand for shift duration.
  • Walking: Must be able to walk without assistance to perform job duties.
  • Mobility: Must be able to be mobile to operate warehouse machinery.
  • Sitting: Must be able to sit for shift duration.
  • Stooping / Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel for short periods.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift 30 lbs. – 50 lbs.
  • Hand Mobility: Must be able to have mobility in hands to open and seal packaging, utilize keyboard functions, and utilize phone systems.
