The Construction Coordinator at Infinity Solar USA plays a crucial role in supporting various solar projects, office operations, and overall branch efficiency. Here's a breakdown of the key duties, responsibilities, and qualifications for the position:

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

1. **Pipeline Monitoring:** Prepare and analyze pipeline reporting, ensuring projects progress efficiently, and escalate any issues as necessary.

2. **Team Communication:** Liaise with Branch Manager, Project Manager, Permit Coordinator, Field Manager, and Site Audit Supervisor to ensure timely project completion with a focus on customer satisfaction.

3. **Project Updates:** Meet with team members to discuss project details and provide updates on project status.

4. **Issue Resolution:** Assist in resolving escalated project issues and ensure smooth progression of projects.

5. **Pipeline Management:** Keep track of the pipeline to prevent project delays and ensure timely completion.

6. **Appointment Scheduling:** Schedule appointments with customers for final paperwork sign-off, payment collection, and other necessary interactions.

7. **Documentation:** Prepare project documentation for construction teams and maintain organized filing systems.

8. **Office Operations:** Organize and maintain office operations and procedures, including filing systems.

9. **Meeting Coordination:** Coordinate and maintain meeting notes for various branch and corporate meetings.

10. **Order Management:** Ensure Order Management and Accounting Departments have necessary project details for invoicing.

11. **Ad-hoc Tasks:** Assist Branch Operations Manager with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Qualification Requirements:**

**Education & Certifications:**
- High School Graduate or GED

**Experience:**
- 2-4+ years of previous project administration or field construction experience

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use;

- Must possess a valid state driver's license and have a clean driving record

The Construction Coordinator position requires someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with various team members and departments. Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 DOE
