Job Description:

Position Intel:

This position will be overseen directly by the CIO to help grow maturity, standardization and the framework of IT Project Management Governance process.

The candidates main responsibilities will be establishing a pipeline management process for the 5 business units (infrastructure, cyber security/compliance, business solutions, data services, and service delivery) and help coordinating with the Integration Management Office for BOLT Phase 2 (Harmonization after acquisition).The candidate will also oversee IT governance from intake process through prioritization to project planning for quarterly delivery while also balancing the use of IT resources within operations/support, technology innovation, and business agile projects.

Hours of Operation-Flexibility -8:00 -4:00 or 9:00-5:00

Hybrid 3 Days onsite, 2 Days remote

Skillset/Qualifications:

• Charming ability to be likable in order to guide the team through change
• Communication - Excellent written, spoken, presentation, team and Sr level meeting
• 10 years Exp.
• M&AExperience
• Process Harmonization Experience
• Change Management
• Managing larger teams
• Agile Methodology preferred
• PMP Certification required

IT Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centers.
• Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
• Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
