Assist and direct the care staff to ensure that quality client care is provided in a manner which upholds Interim HealthCare’s standards of care, policy, philosophy, and well-being of the residents. Lead and motivate employees in providing quality care and services to clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Report and provide administrative/clinical support to branch CSR/CSM and DHCS, organize and maintain employee and client/resident files for accuracy.
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Requirements
Requirements include, but not limited to are:
- Must be 18 years of age
- 2+ years of experience in home care services
- Must past Criminal Background check and drug screening
- Previous leadership and sales experience preferred
- Healthcare administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Required

Essential Duties:
- Maintain client schedules.
- Maintain client charting sheets.
- Complete the employee floor schedule.
- weekly/monthly billing
- Build relationships with clients and staff
- Complete mini assessments for RN on new referrals.
- Training new employees.
- First contact with clients and employees via company provided phone.
- Maintain COMMUNICATION with everyone; Office, Director, and clients
- And any other request from office and Director
