Car Rental Manager

- Manage the rental department and oversee all rental operations
- Maintain accurate records of rental inventory and customer information through data entry
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their rental needs and inquiries
- Utilize retail sales techniques to promote rentals and upsell additional products or services
- Negotiate rental terms and agreements with customers
- Assist in resolving customer issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Coordinate rental deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain proper stock levels

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively handle rental agreements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficient in data entry to accurately maintain rental records
- Sales management experience is a bonus
- Public speaking skills for presentations or demonstrations may be required
