Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of event logistics, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote events and fundraising campaigns effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and event outcomes, optimizing strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution and maximize fundraising efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in marketing and event strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing, event management, or fundraising roles, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to campaign optimization.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for event support.
