POSITION – Superintendent-Façade   
LOCATION – Lower NYC
Provide field supervision services for the Façade Restoration Project, including the below but not limited to:

• Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with project contract documents.
• Document work performed by the contractor through daily filed reports and photographs.
• Perform quality checks daily.
• Review change order scope.
• Verify materials delivered and used on the jobsite match the approved submittals.
• Perform safety checks regularly to identify any potential risk/hazard. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the contractor(s) on the Project shall remain primarily responsible for safety.
• Coordinate special inspections and EOR inspections.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Local Law 11 (The NYC Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP)
• Suspended Scaffold training and experience (hanging scaffolds) 
• Historic Building Restoration/Preservation

SALARY/PAY RATE APPROXIMATELY
$60-$70/hour
