What We’re Looking for

We’re looking for exceptional Licensed Electricians in Minneapolis, MN who can deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experience in residential electrical repair and installation. We want employees who want to be part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and ensure desired sales metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
  • Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
  • Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
  • Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
  • Adhere to the company core values; Work Hard Play Hard, Get the Job Done Right, Assume the Burden, Be Intentional

What Makes YOU Great

  • Journeyworker’s license or Master's license and 1+ years of additional electrical residential service experience
  • Your knowledge of local electrical codes and your ability to make on-the-job applications
  • Proven track record in electrical techniques including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines and reading wiring diagrams
  • High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
  • You’re a strong problem solver and enjoy new challenges every day
  • Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
  • Your ability to complete conceptual estimates as well as hard estimates on company-supplied digital equipment
  • Strong technical aptitude

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & and motor vehicle check
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
