Who you are:

You are a Warehouse LTL worker who focuses on picking LTL shipments using an RF scanner.

Details of the job:

  • Wage: $18/hr.
  • Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm

What you'll bring:

  • 1 yr. Reach truck experience.
  • 1 yr. Order picker experience.
  • Picking products from high shelves.
  • Comfortable with scanners and printers.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be able to follow directions.
  • Ability to be on-site at our location in Greenwood, IN.

The daily life of an LTL Picker at Earnest machine is as follows:

  • Start the day picking and building the skids of each order that we have for the day.
  • Once today’s orders are done, we aim to pick ahead, and we will have more orders set out.
  • After LTL orders are done it’s expected to ask what needs to be done next.
  • All employees have set areas to clean and are expected to clean them daily.
