We are seeking a Fire Service Manager to directly manage our customer-facing service team. The role involves leading a team to ensure customer satisfaction, managing performance, resolving customer issues, and achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals. The Fire Service Manager will also provide hands-on support by visiting customers, assisting with product pick-up and delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and manage the performance of the service team.
- Foster a safe and productive work environment.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage budget, sales, inventory, and payroll goals.
- Provide hands-on support, including visiting customer sites when necessary.
- Drive a company-owned vehicle to customer locations for service-related tasks.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 3+ years in the fire service industry, with a stable job history.
- Licensure: Valid driver's license.
- Experience: Management experience and background in industrial sales or customer service.
- Availability: Ability to start within two weeks after offer acceptance.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate within the Northeast Region (NH, RI, CT, NJ, NY, PA, MI) for future leadership roles.
