Seamstress/Tailor

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and sew garments and other textile products according to specifications
- Operate sewing machines (Bartap, Overlock, Flatbed Juki, Consew) and other equipment necessary for the job
- Follow patterns, instructions, and measurements to ensure accurate and high-quality work
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Proven experience as a seamstress or similar role
- Proficient in operating sewing machines and other relevant equipment
- Strong knowledge of different fabrics, stitching techniques, and garment construction
- Attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and sewing
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines

Note: This position is based in a warehouse setting where the seamstress will be responsible for fabricating various textile products.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday; 6:00am - 2:30pm EST

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Wilmington, DE: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 3 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
