Overview:

Cadence 3 seeks an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a profound knowledge of Microsoft software, devices, and solutions across B2B and Industry to lead strategic marketing initiatives. This role demands a high-impact contributor with a passion for technology, capable of driving marketing efforts that align closely with business objectives and create measurable outcomes.


Responsibilities:


  1. Strategic Marketing Execution:
    1. Develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively communicate product benefits and enhancements within the Microsoft ecosystem to targeted audiences.
    2. Manage all aspects of campaign execution from conceptualization through to analysis, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement:
    1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and communications.
    2. Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  3. Performance Metrics:
    1. Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies in real time.
    2. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve future marketing efforts.
  4. Innovation and Market Trends:
    1. Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology and marketing within the Microsoft community to inform and adapt marketing strategies.
    2. Drive innovation through testing new marketing channels and tactics


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in marketing.
  • Experience within Microsoft or within environments that use Microsoft technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex marketing projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details.

Working Environment:


  • Full-time position based at Cadence 3's office in Kirkland.
  • Some limited travel 1-2 times per year may be required.
  • Must be able to set up and operate within the Microsoft Corporate Network. This role is covered under a managed services scope of work.
