Wage: $16.00 - $18.55 per hour (depending on experience and position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Morning Operations: Oversee the restaurant's breakfast shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your role includes managing staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and setting the tone for a positive guest experience from the start of the day.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the breakfast team. Provide training and guidance to ensure everyone delivers top-notch service and maintains Taco John's standards.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a delightful breakfast experience. Address any guest concerns promptly and professionally, aiming to exceed their expectations.
• Inventory and Financial Management: Assist with inventory control, cash handling, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Manage resources effectively to optimize operational performance.
• Compliance and Safety: Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. Ensure that all practices contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
