Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership sales goals and targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to succeed.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, promoting exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, managing a sales team and driving their performance.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, techniques, and trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
