Dealership Concierge

Summary: Responsible for explaining and demonstrating vehicle features and technology to customers at the end of the sales process.

Supervisory Responsibilities:  This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Greets customer.
• Educates basic product specifications.
• Provide Personalized Settings Worksheet for customers.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology features to the customer.
• Educate customer on optional equipment available for purchase (Honda link)
• Answers questions about the vehicle, technology, and features
• Conduct training classes for current customers in technology.
• Assists customers as needed.
• Supports sales team as needed.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
• Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Participate in required training.

Certificates and Licenses:

√   Valid Driver’s License

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must have a reliable form of transportation.
