Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties including Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Pain Management, and Podiatry.
  • Scrub into surgeries, prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile field during procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with surgical team members, nurses, and surgeons to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
  • Experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
