Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Commercial Plumbers, both Journeyman and Apprentice, to join our team in the Rio Grande Valley. The ideal candidates will have a clean background, possess an OSHA 10 certification, and hold a valid Texas plumbing license. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with all local and state plumbing codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials.
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and adherence to safety standards.
- Inspect plumbing systems, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals on job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including OSHA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas plumbing license (Journeyman or Apprentice).
- Clean background check.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and heights.
