Job Title: Senior Cyber Security Director

Position Overview:
Lead the development and execution of security strategies, manage security teams, and ensure adherence to security policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies.
  • Oversee security operations, including incident response and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage security teams.
  • Collaborate across departments to integrate security initiatives.
  • Report security metrics and performance to senior leadership.
  • Stay informed about emerging security threats and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity, with leadership positions.
  • Deep knowledge of security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, CIS.
  • Expertise in security technologies and tools.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
