Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to work PRN for our MVNA homecare site in the Twin Cities metro area. Centrex Rehab is a health care organization that focuses on providing comprehensive therapy services to enhance the lives of people in the community. Our focus on clinical development and quality care sets us apart from the rest.

The position and location is eligible for:

  • Competitive base pay rate at $55 per hour

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved School of Therapy

  • Current license/registration in the State of MN
  • Experience working within a SNF environment is a plus
