We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team at the Hillside Boutique Hotel in Castroville, Texas. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring that all guests receive prompt and friendly service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area

- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed

- Ensure that all guests receive prompt and friendly service

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages

- Upsell drinks and menu items to guests

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a bartender

- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be at least 21 years of age

- High school diploma or equivalent
