Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming Esthetic Coordinator to join our team

As the Esthetic Coordinator for our busy Dental office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients who are interested in the esthetic facial treatments we offer. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of patients throughout their office visits. You will also be reviewing prescribed facial esthetic treatment plans with patients, and educating them on the pre-treatment and post-treatment medical grade skin care products that we carry and dispense in the office. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests as they arrive at the office
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Work with marketing specialist and make posts online of esthetic treatments
  • Plan and attend office events to promote the Esthetic Practice
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services
  • Review Facial Esthetic Treatment Plans with patients and discuss financing treatments
  • Educate patients about, and dispense pre and post-treatment Medical Grade Skin Care Products

Qualifications
  • Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Experience promoting skin care products, Botox/Dermal Fillers/Esthetic skin procedures is preferred
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and working well with other Team Members
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
