Job Description:

Overview: Jack Laurie Group, a reputable leader in cleaning services, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Cleaning Technician to join our team. This dynamic position involves acting as a subject matter expert, overseeing cleaning operations at different locations, and playing a pivotal role in training new team members. Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning Expertise:

    • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
    • Execute and oversee cleaning operations at various locations, ensuring consistent high-quality results.

  2. Training and Development:

    • Train and mentor new cleaning technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and company standards.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.

  3. Site Management:

    • Travel to different facilities as needed to assess cleaning needs, implement best practices, and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with on-site teams to address specific cleaning challenges and maintain standards.

  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee that cleaning operations meet and exceed company standards.
    • Implement corrective actions and improvements as necessary.

  5. Resource Management:

    • Efficiently manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory for both personal and team use.
    • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.

  6. Customer Relations:

    • Establish positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring overall satisfaction.
    • Serve as a point of contact for client communication regarding cleaning operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a lead cleaning technician or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Extensive knowledge of cleaning best practices, products, and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and training skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Reliable transportation is required for travel between different facilities.

  • Sweeping, trash take out, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, etc.
  • ability to have availability from M-F 5p-1a
