Parish Data Secretary

1. Mail (pick-up & drop off) at Post Office. Distribute mail daily.
2. Schedule Masses in Mass book, send Mass card if needed.
3. Schedule Baptisms, make packets for Baptism seminar.
4. lssue Baptism certificates.
5. Schedule funerals and get information for Fr. Frank's homily.
6. Post contributions from weekend collections.
7. Send donations letters and keep a copy to file.
8. lssue school vouchers. Keep copy for our records
9. Type Sunday & Holy Day homilies for Fr. Frank. Email a copy to Nancy (his sister).
11. Send parishioner file to Cathedral for contribution envelopes. See schedule.
12. Process monthly credit card contributions. Post contributions.
13. Process ACH contributions and post contributions.
14. Prepare Mass book for weekends and Holy Days.
15. Type the Announcements for Mass book.
16. Type the Prayers of the Faithful for Mass book. E-mail copy of prayers to Deacons and Terry
17. Record Baptisms and Deaths in registers.
l8. Order office supplies.
19. Send year-end statements in January.
20. Maintain the postage machine. Add postage when needed. Print report for Terry.
21. Assist with fundraising (Sala, golf tournament, and sell raffle tickets after Mass).
22. Assist with Family Fun Day, Sounds of the Season, parish Christmas parties, volunteer parties.

 Sell Blessed Candles - 2 Weekends (1 Mass)
 Fish Frys - 6 Fridays in Lent (Not Good Friday)
 Decorate for Easter - Holy Saturday (9a - 11a)
 Sell Gala/Car Raffle Tickets - Every Weekend/2-3 Months

 Sell Car Raffle Tickets at Sam's - 1 Saturday Prior to the Gala
(1 Mass)
 Gala - 9am - noon / 5pm until close
 Sell Golf Raffle Tickets - Every Weekend /2 - 3 Months (1 Mass)
 Family Fun Day - Sunday in late October
 Golf Tournament - Regular Work Day (8a - 5p)
 Sell Advent Wreaths - 2 Weekends (1Mass)
 Sounds of the Season - Mid December, Sat or Sun (5p - 8:30p)
 Decorate for Christmas - Usually a Weekday
 Christmas Party - Weekend after Christmas (5p - 8p)
 Christmas Party - Weekend after New Year (5p -8)
