As key members of our direct-care team, a Caregiver provides one-on-one support to our residents in their daily routines such as bathing, dressing, toileting, socialization and overall well-being.

Current Full-time Opportunities:

  • 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. - Only work 7 days per 2-week pay period, Overtime and Shift Differentials included

Current Part-Time Opportunities:

  • 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
  • 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - includes a $3/hr shift differential
  • 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. - includes a $2/hr shift differential
  • PRN or Per Diem: Pick up shifts that work for your schedule including at least 3 shifts and 1 weekend day per month

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Help our residents live their lives to the fullest by assisting them with their routines throughout their day such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
  • Build bonds through companionship.
  • Show patience, compassion and empathy in each engagement with all residents and their families.
  • Assist residents in organizing their day and activities and above all, enjoy themselves.

Caregiver Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED or active C.N.A.
  • 18 years of age or older, except as permitted in 2800.54(d).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
  • Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
  • Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
  • Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
