Who we need:

Upscale Condominium in Salem, Mass. is seeking a full or part-time Janitorial Superintendent individual to work 24-30 hours per week. Convenient to bus and commuter rail.

What you’ll do:

• Job includes cleaning, managing trash & recycling, watering plants, minor repairs as needed.

• Must be self-directed, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
