POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Overview:

The Pick-up and Delivery (PDEL) Driver Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the logistics and coordination of loaner vehicles and delivery services for our customers. They will be responsible for contacting individuals for PDEL offers, dispatching drivers for deliveries, and efficiently managing the loaner vehicle process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. PDEL Offer Management:
    1. Contact individuals who qualify for PDEL services based on predefined criteria.
    2. Communicate offers clearly, outlining pick-up and delivery details to customers.
  2. Driver Dispatch:
    1. Coordinate and dispatch drivers for pick-up and delivery services according to scheduled appointments.
    2. Monitor driver progress and ensure timely completion of deliveries.
  3. Loaner Vehicle Coordination:
    1. Manage the scheduling of loaner vehicles based on customer needs and availability.
    2. Coordinate the pick-up and drop-off of loaner vehicles with customers and internal teams.
  4. Process Management:
    1. Develop and maintain efficient processes for loaner vehicle management and PDEL services.
    2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the coordination process.
  5. Customer Interaction:
    1. Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding PDEL services and loaner vehicle arrangements.
    2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.

  • Clean and Valid Driver’s License
  • Clear driving record
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to follow instructions

  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
