Our clients have busy Palm Beach primary residence. They would like to hire an experienced, full-time, year-round Food & Beverage Server to provide beautiful and seamless service in their home.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep refrigerators well-stocked and immaculately clean.
  • Conduct a monthly inventor of all tableware and linens.
  • Maintain the Butler’s pantry including coffee machines, ice makers, and sweep/mop.
  • Set the table and prepare all serving items ahead of each meal.
  • Attend pre-service meetings for each meal to ensure alignment with the Chefs. Highlight any guest preferences to the Chefs.
  • Depending on the shift, provide quick, attentive, and seamless service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Attend to daily and weekly cleaning checklists
  • Deliver food to offsite properties.
  • Manage feeding of the family’s dogs.
  • Other tasks as assigned, errands, driving, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working as a food & beverage server in a private home or luxury hotel property with a desire to offer five-star service.
  • Excellent service skill set; able to offer silver service or a more casual style depending on the setting and meal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Works well as part of a team; all hands-on deck attitude.

Schedule

Generally, five days per week, 8-hour shifts with the ability to work extended, weekend, and holiday hours as requested. Some travel to other domestic residences may be requested.
