POSITION SUMMARY: As a team member of production, you will be assigned to perform various job duties along the production line. You will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting production line work safely and with quality in mind. This position will require standing for long periods of time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Operate production line machinery, tools, and computers.
  • Perform equipment change-overs.
  • Operate mobile equipment to help with roll time and production needs on the line.
  • Clean and maintain work area, including tools.
  • Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
  • Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Supervisor.
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.

Requirements

  • Safely use hand tools.
  • Must be able to read drawings and blueprints.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks.
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions.
