Position: Patient Advocate

Hours: (HYBRID) Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Address: Oklahoma City, OKC 73104

Pay: $22 / hour

Responsibilities:

· Requesting and obtaining compliant documents from referral sources.

· Manage work in progress (WIP) process.

· Create service estimates and patient financial documentation, and counsel patients on their financial responsibilities.

· Perform chart scrubs to ensure a complete and compliant chart, prior to sending for authorization or delivery.

· Coordinate efforts with Reimbursement team to ensure clinic processes support timely and accurate claim submission.


Requirements:

· Experience working in a medical office

· Insurance knowledge

· Prior auths experience

· Medical coding/billing is a plus
