To be a successful Capital Market Business Analyst you will embody GBSI's core employee characteristics of being passionate about IT, taking full ownership of your work & having a growth mindset. Additionally, you will exhibit strategic vision, thoughtful engagement, strong analytical/process skills, a bias for action, and the ability to partner with senior operational leaders.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Well versed with various types Software Development methodologies- Waterfall, Agile, V-Model, Iterative and Extreme Programming.
  • Extensive experience in designing and executing test cases for GUI testing, Functionality, Regression and Integration Testing.
  • Good understanding and analysis of business requirements and functional specifications
  • Hands-on experience of using Test Management tools like HP ALM, Jira.
  • Ability to work with total commitment towards team work.
  • Able to work independently with client's BAs and project teams spread across various locations.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Adaptability to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
