Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDollar Loan Center (DLC), the leader in alternative short-term lending for more than 25 years, is expanding operations in the Southern Idaho area and is seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team of Brand Ambassadors. We are looking for responsible, fun, and sales-oriented professionals who will have the opportunity to make an impact on the growth of our company in the region. DLC Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for new business development, interacting with potential customers at community events and special promotions within DLC stores
Compensation:
- $20 per hour base pay plus up to 50% of earnings after a 90 day probationary period.
- Transportation for job duties provided by the company
Job Responsibilities:
- Introduce DLC and promote company Referral Program to nearby business.
- Create the "WOW" experience for potential customers, demonstrating a high degree of salesmanship and brand storytelling at community events and in store promotions.
- Represent the brand at various events in the community.
- Ensure that each event worked on has all the necessary items for a pop up tent.
- Retain company product and brand knowledge.
- Educate potential business partners and customers about the advantages of Dollar Loan Center.
- Share brand expertise while promoting the DLC referral program to nearby businesses and potential loan customers.
- Submit activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly territory analyses.
- Collect engaging visual content for social media to build brand awareness at community and in store events.
- Responsible for managing popup kits, swag inventory, brochures, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure successful events.
- Follow up with potential customers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Work all assigned games or events with current and potential company partners.
- Work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, self-sufficient and responsible with a positive attitude
- Enjoys creatively promoting the brand in-person
- Excellent listening skills and follow-through
- Sales, customer service or retail experience is strongly preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
