**NO EXPERIENCE, NO PROBLEM We will provide full hands-on training for 90-days at our warehouse and in the field.  We utilize our senior and lead technicians as trainers for our shadow and buddy training program.**

The Scope of This Role

Our Field Technicians are vital to our restoration business and are the first point of contact on the scene to assist our customers in restoring their quality and life putting their recent tragedy behind them.  We need empathetic professionals that can work with our customers by being able to help them in a time of need. We are here to reassure them that we can help them get back to their normal way of life. The Field Technician is the person responsible for the initial pickup of the Homeowner’s goods and furniture and we take all of their textile, electronics, and some appliances back to our plant to be restored. Once these items are cleaned back to previous conditions, the Field Technician also is the person delivering final finished goods back to the customer.  Our technicians have the honor of returning these final restored household items back to the customer so they can resume their normal life.

Our team is growing and we are looking to hire additional Field Technicians that can join our existing team and be the first point of contact to work with our Customers in getting their household items restored.  We are hiring for Field Technicians in the Atlanta, GA and Chapin, SC areas.  This role bridges the gap between our Sales Team, Quality Assurance Team, Insurance Brokers/Adjusters, Contractors and most importantly our Customers.  With this role, you have an opportunity to learn the full-life cycle of our business and grow within our organization. What better way to learn our process than being the first point of contact at ground zero each day.  We believe in transparent communication and we won’t sugar coat it, this at times can be a tough job and physically demanding. There are some days where you might have a few light deliveries only and the next day, a tougher schedule with a heavily damaged home navigating your way through soot or mold.  Stick with us and we will stick with you and prosper together just as we have done with our existing Field Technicians team

The right person for this role:

Are you a self starter that takes initiative? This role requires someone that can be autonomous since they are typically out in the field by themselves directly dealing with customers that can work in challenging environments damaged by a disaster.

We need team members with a high level of professionalism that can interact with customers that are facing a challenging time in their life.  Someone that knows at all times they are a direct extension and representation of our organization.

There is daily travel required in this role to and from residential customers.  This is not a 9-5 role sitting in an office each day.  This person needs to thrive in this type of environment that requires daily constant travel.  Despite the travel our corporate team and Field Manager are always there to support and provide resources to ensure the success of our team.

RESTORATION FIELD TECHNICIAN - ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Inspecting and assessing the extent of damage caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters to the client’s household goods.
  • Locations could be residential houses or apartments.
• Fulfillment of both pickup and delivery of items to be restored to and from the warehouse.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and keeping them informed about the progress of the restoration process.
• Documenting all work performed, including detailed reports, photographs, and material lists, to support insurance claims and provide accurate records. 
• Keep track of equipment, supplies, and materials used during restoration pickups and deliveries. Maintain supplies as needed in an organized fashion with proper storage.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on-site.

RESTORATION FIELD TECHNICIAN - SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist with administrative duties when finalizing the Client’s Restoration order paperwork. 
• Work closely with other technicians, supervisors, and other cross-functional departments to coordinate efforts, share information, and ensure efficient completion of restoration projects.
• Continuous Learning and improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new techniques through training and professional development opportunities.
• Be available for Weekend and/or On-Call duty.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• No Experience Required, 90-Day Training Program will be provided.
• Significant Daily Travel to and from Client’s Residence or Business.
• Excellent Organizational Skills
