Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is fluent in Spanish to join our team in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in home care and be proficient in providing care for clients with tracheostomies and gastrostomies (g-tubes).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes in accordance with the established care plan.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform other nursing duties as required.
  • Assist with tracheostomy care, including suctioning and monitoring.
  • Provide gastrostomy (g-tube) care, including feeding and medication administration.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure the best possible care and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Educate clients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures.
Qualifications:


  • Valid New Jersey LPN license.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in home care.
  • Experience with tracheostomy and gastrostomy (g-tube) care.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
