At Taco John's we hold the bragging rights to bigger, bolder, and better flavors. Now hiring at our 1250 E Army Post Rd, Des Moines, IA location. Hourly salary range is $14 - $17, with raise eligibility after training completions.

The Shift Leader (SL) requires knowledge of all operations in the restaurant, has supervisory responsibilities, and is expected to give direction. The SL should be capable of fully running a shift. It is important that they lead by example and maintain open communication with all other members of the restaurant's team, particularly the managers.
