Job Title: Beverage Cart Attendant
Reports To: Food & Beverage Director
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that the cart is clean every day prior to stocking it with food, beverages and ice.
- Dry snacks whole fruits and cold beverages come from the storeroom.
- Cold sandwiches, salads, hot dogs, coffee and hot water are picked up from the kitchen.
- Check list of items carefully to ensure that nothing is forgotten.
- Everything is to be put in its proper place.
- The above must be done in 1 hour.
- Each attendant carries a radio to communicate with one another and the kitchen.
- The attendant can ask a runner to obtain replacement supplies from the kitchen.
- Use green checks to record food and drinks given to members making sue the name and member number is clearly written on the checks.
- All food and beverage did not sell each day is to be returned to the storeroom and kitchen.
- Food carts are to be washed each day.
- Take green chits to Terrace to input in POS system.
- Staple computer printed chits to green checks, wrap gratuity sheet around them and bring to accounting mailbox.
- The cart is to be returned for night storage and plugged in to charge the battery overnight.
- Performs any and all other duties assigned by supervisor.
Education and Work Experience Qualifications
Prior food service experience and/or customer service is a plus.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekends, evenings and holidays.
