Program Summary:

The Flexible Integrated Treatment (FIT) Program serves infants, children and youth (ages 0-21) with a team approach to treatment planning allowing clinicians the flexibility to assess the level and type of services needed. As treatment needs vary over time, services are tailored to fit without interruption. Equally flexible is the location of service: home, school, River Oak office sites or community setting to best accommodate the family. A wide array of treatment interventions, to include multiple evidence-based programs, are used to include individual, family and group therapy.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present clinical documentation for team review
  • Develop and administer care plans
  • Conduct client visits for assessment and support
  • Provide individual and family therapy or rehabilitation sessions
  • Provide care coordination to include resources, advocacy and referrals
  • Coordinate client goal development
  • Meet billing goals and track productivity
  • Stay updated on professional standards and resources
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in client interactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Maintain accurate online recordkeeping while ensuring confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
  • Current registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology
  • Strong organizational, communication, and counseling skills
