ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER - Social Media, Content & Copy Writing

Working with a leading manufacturer of high-tech health and beauty products to help them launch and expand US operations.


THE ROLE:

To support the launch of our subsidiary in the US, our accelerated growth plans and to build the awareness of our brand, we are recruiting for an exciting newly created opening. This is an operational marketing role reporting into the Head of Marketing US (based in Europe).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital, social media and e-mail marketing

Work with our agency partner to execute, monitor and optimize SEA campaigns.

Work with our agency partner to create, deliver and monitor the local social media plan.

Roll-out the agreed email communication and newsletter strategy via the e-mail marketing module of our CRM system.

Trade Marketing

Timely manage trade marketing enquiries.

Support the delivery of the trade marketing plan (window stickers, client events).

Events

Roll-out the agreed B2B events plan, ensuring operational excellence and budget control.

Support the deployment of training events, skincare events, as well as digital events.

This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and new ones can be added depending on business needs.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Qualification in marketing, business or related field.

2-3 years previous professional experience.

Previous experience in the health, beauty, aesthetics, luxury, tech or FMCG industries is desirable.

Tech-savvy and with a deep interest in digital marketing.

Graphic design and video editing skills desirable.

Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Divi WordPress would be a plus.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presence.

Affinity with the beauty or aesthetic industries.

Native English speaker, Spanish would be an advantage, French would be beneficial.

This is a full-time, onsite role, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
