We are hiring an LPN Lead / Nurse Manager for a State of Washington position in a Psychiatric Treatment / Behavioral Health facility in Medical Lake, Washington.

  • SALARY IS $86,000 ANNUALLY + a 5% hourly premium bonus for full time

  • Behavioral Health treatment facility

  • Evening and night shift differentials available

  • THERE IS NO VACCINE REQUIREMENT

  • Shifts needed are: Evening - 2:30p - 11:00p OR Nights - 10:30p to 7a

  • ALL SHIFTS REQUIRE EVERY OTHER WEEKEND

  • EXCELLENT FULL STATE BENEFITS from day one including medical, dental, vision, life, retirement and much more

Responsibilities

  • Provide routine, direct patient care on a behavioral health unit

  • Assign daily tasks to the nursing staff on the ward and provide guidance to staff

  • Provide staff feedback to RNs

  • Exchange pertinent clinical information during the shift and at the change of shifts

Qualifications

  • Valid Washington LPN license

  • At least THREE years as an LPN

  • At least TWO years in a leadership or Charge LPN position

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
