Journeyman Lead Installer


Brief Description

Jerry Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a motivated individual to join our team The lead installer will oversee a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality installations and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation: Lead the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork, ensuring all work complies with local and national codes.
  • Supervision: Manage and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient and accurate work.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with homeowners to explain HVAC installation processes, address concerns, and provide maintenance recommendations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct post-installation inspections to ensure system functionality and customer satisfaction.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety standards, ensuring the safety of the team and customers during installation processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and any necessary follow-up actions.

Job Requirements

  • Journeyman License for St. Louis County
  • EPA Certification
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check
  • No criminal record
  • Insurable driver’s license
  • Class E driver’s license required within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to represent the Jerry Kelly brand in a positive way
  • Must be willing and able to work some evenings weekends and the occasional On-Call Holiday
  • Must be clean shaven (once hired) no visible tattoos (must be covered up while working)
