Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in UX research or a related field, with a proven track record of conducting and analyzing user research.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with research tools such as UsabilityHub, Optimal Workshop, or similar platforms.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
