Service Electrician

The Service Electrician completes service calls at various commercial environments to provide repair, maintenance and installation while practicing compliance with national, state, and local electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Journeyman Electrician experience consisting of repair, maintenance, and diagnosis of commercial electrical components
• Independently work-off blueprints, sketches, or schematic drawings
• Proficiently run conduit in a commercial environment
• Skilled at terminating and pulling wires into control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switchgear, receptacles, and/or switches
• Possess a working knowledge about emergency generators and power distribution systems including but not limited to troubleshooting, testing, and repair
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform quality-control testing
• Knowledge and experience with refrigeration control wiring, Ansul Systems or HVAC motor control wiring is desired
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed

• 5 or more years of commercial electrical experience in a commercial electrical construction
• A valid driver license with an insurable driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Available to work a Saturday or Sunday as part of your regular work schedule
• Must be able to work according to safety guidelines, OSHA, and workplace policies
