About the position:

You will be responsible for Diagnosing, Repairing, Maintaining, and Advising our customers on the best options for their home's AC systems and Indoor Comfort. We have a 2-week paid onboarding process that sets you up for success and longevity with our team. We will Pay and Train the right candidates

Essential Job Functions:

  • Evaluates systems or facilities to
  • determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
  • Works with maintenance supervisor to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks.
  • Assesses systems to plan work assignments.
  • Collaborates with team members to discuss upcoming work assignments; delegates assignments based on team members skills and experience.
  • Ensures maintenance and repair work is completely safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
  • Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
  • Inspects work performed by team members.
  • Tracks and logs workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.
  • Works with maintenance supervisor to coordinate topics for safety meetings.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer's schedules
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated spaces
  • Ability to work in attics and tight spaces
  • Ability to work in a multitude of weather conditions

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Great communication skills to establish customer rapport and encourage repeat business
  • Goal-oriented
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the organization
  • Clean driving history and valid Driver’s License
  • Clean criminal background history and pre-employment drug screen
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated
  • All tools required

Experience/ Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year experience in sales, preferably HVAC or home services.
  • EPA Certified preferred
  • NATE Certified preferred

Compensation:

  • $14.00 - $28.00/hr Based on experience
