Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals to join our team as Swim Instructors. As a Swim Instructor at Aqua Tots Swim School, you will play a crucial role in fostering a love for swimming and ensuring the safety of our students in and around the water.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct swim lessons for children of varying ages and skill levels.
2. Implement engaging lesson plans that focus on skill development and water safety.
3. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to track progress.
4. Ensure a safe and clean swimming environment.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of swim instruction techniques and safety protocols.
6. Establish positive relationships with students and their families to enhance the overall experience.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a swim instructor is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
4. Passion for working with children and promoting water safety.
5. Patience and a positive attitude.
