Hiring 1st and 2nd shift
6:30am - 2pm
2:30pm - 11pm

Position Overview: The Insert Operator is responsible for setting up the insert machine and producing accurate work on a timely basis. The Operator must work successfully within tight deadlines and use problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. * Must successfully pass a background and drug screen

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate insert machines (DMM has Pitney Bowes, Gunther, and Bell & Howell inserters).
  • Perform duties with Ironsides technology when required.
  • Perform daily maintenance on insert machine to ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout production.
  • Complete associated QC sign-off sheets and prepare accurate paperwork.
  • Report mechanical problems in a timely manner through appropriate channels.
  • Adhere to client confidentiality requirements and HIPAA regulations.
  • Act as backup for fulfillment fulfillment and belter during downtime or as needed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned to help DMM attain its corporate goals.

  • Ability to stand up to 10 hours each day.
  • Periodic physical activity requires walking, climbing, bending, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and stooping.

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
