Responsibilities
Client Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.Inquiry Handling: Address client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information regarding insurance policies.Policy Management: Manage client policies, including updates, renewals, and coverage adjustments.Sales Support: Assist with sales efforts, including preparing quotes, proposals, and policy documents.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.Client Retention: Work to retain existing clients by offering excellent service and value-added solutions.
Requirements
