The Warehouse Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the warehouse operations team. This role involves managing inventory records, coordinating shipments, handling documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily warehouse activities. The Warehouse Admin will collaborate closely with the warehouse staff, suppliers, and logistics teams to maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and support the overall efficiency of the warehouse.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system with incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
- Track shipments and communicate status updates to the relevant departments.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Manage warehouse-related administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and generating reports.
- Support the warehouse team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in inventory and shipments.
- Handle communication with vendors, drivers, and internal teams regarding warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
- Provide general administrative support to the Warehouse Manager and other team members as needed.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
SKILLS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
ABILITIES:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in inventory management or supply chain administration.
This role operates in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and occasional interaction with warehouse equipment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:This role primarily involves working in a warehouse environment, including sitting at a desk or computer workstation for extended periods. Regular use of a keyboard and mouse for typing and data entry tasks is required. The role also includes occasional lifting of office supplies or materials up to 25 pounds, as well as mobility to access warehouse inventory and filing cabinets. Manual dexterity is required for typing, filing, and handling paperwork. Visual acuity is necessary to view computer screens and complete paperwork.
TRAVEL REQUIRED:Minimal travel required, primarily for local errands or supplier visits as needed.
