Responsibilities

Telemarketing: Reach out to leads via phone calls to promote our insurance products and services.

Client Outreach: Build rapport with potential clients, understand their insurance requirements, and offer suitable solutions.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue sales opportunities by following up with interested prospects.


Requirements

Sales Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing or sales roles is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with potential clients effectively in both English & Spanish

Goal-Oriented: A drive to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.

Customer-Focused: Dedicated to providing excellent service and building positive relationships with clients.

Professionalism: Maintain a polished and professional demeanor while representing the agency.

Availability: Able to work full-time from our office in Great Neck, New York.
