As a Probate Paralegal at Burnham Law Firm, you will assist in drafting legal documents, communicating with clients and court personnel, and conducting legal research to support attorneys in probate matters. You can expect a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 8 AM to 5 PM. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining case files, preparing for court hearings, and managing deadlines to ensure efficient case progression.
