We’re currently seeking a sharp, outgoing and confident individual to join our team as a Sales Recruiter…
The primary responsibility for the Sales Recruiter is to recruit commission outside sales people nationwide to sell Smarterswipe services and products in their local market.
The Sales Recruiter will work jointly with our SVP of Sales, and CEO. We need someone who is organized, has a can-do attitude, enjoys communicating with people and gets satisfaction from helping others to be successful
- Screens resumes, conducts initial phone interviews, and makes recommendations for hire
- Responds timely to submitted applications via company website and online recruiting services
- Engages potential employee and explains the role of a salesperson to peak interest
- Ensures candidates understand the company, the industry, and the day-today functions of the Sales person
- Submits candidate information into the company’s recruitment tracking system Qualifies / disqualifies and selects candidates for sales positions in each market
- Manages confirmation of acceptance from sales prospects
- Helps navigate new hire through Smarterswipe University
- Coordinates other new hire paperwork and start date instructions with new hires
- Contributes to meeting team goals and daily, weekly and monthly recruiting efforts
Qualifications:
2+ year’s recruiting experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly master enterprise software Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment
Experience with online recruiting tools and iCims are a plus Bring your A-Game for this role. You will be expected to learn the ropes of the merchant services industry and quickly adapt to the changing sales environment Benefits
