Billing Specialist

Primary Responsibilities, included but not limited to:
* Full Cycle Accounts Receivable, including preparation of invoices and maintaining customer records.
* Full Cycle Accounts Payable, including vendor record maintenance.
* Resolving significant billing and collection issues.
* Working with outside accountant to timely close books (monthly, quarterly, annually)

Essential Functions:

Complete relevant Accounts Receivable and/ or Accounts Payable reports to provide detailed and accurate information.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Quick books experience is required.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills involving company and subsidiary finances / cross billings.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume and changing environment.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of employees.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
• Computer literacy that includes Microsoft application knowledge (Excel, Word, and custom software)

Century Solutions Group is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Full-Charge Bookkeeper.
Our company is a Managed Service Provider that repairs, design, sales, and services companies.
If you have a background or interest, in the IT Field, this is a plus.
We prefer five years of experience; however, your interview results could make it less.

Duties include Providing record keeping, specifically in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, and Collections

Excellent organizational skills are a requirement and must be verifiable.

Previous experience in these areas is required.

You must be a pro with Windows computers, Excel spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and general accounting software. Also, with state and federal filing requirements, and their deadlines.
